Pace Calculator Charts
Nearly everyone who runs wants to project their times over a 10K, a marathon and everday running. I have built a chart for all three, which provides a "pace calculator", so that you can determine the necessary pace for either achieving your 10K & marathon goal or projecting 10K & marathon results, in additiuon to an "every day" running pace chart.
