You graduated from USF years ago, you barely kept up with your old teammates.  Now you look at the mirror and it seems there are two of you, but that can change.  Take a few moments to see what some of your old teammates are doing, and maybe that will motivate you to get things going again.  Everyone can get back into shape, maybe not what we ran years ago, but something respectable and even have some fun again.

If you have done any running, maybe attempted a marathon after graduating, let me know what you ran, where and when was the race?  I am going to start doing a feature story on different athletes from our past where they are and how are they doing today?
